Had a delightful stay at this "hotel" with its charming student dorm vibe. Enjoyed a continental breakfast and the convenience of an on-site restaurant. The staff were always there to lend a hand.

So enjoyable to stay in a building that looks like it's straight out of the Soviet era. Noise isolation?

A Pleasant Stay: The staff at the hotel were always at hand and ensured that my stay was enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Smoking Near Room: However, one minor issue I encountered was the presence of smoking people under the room window.

The hotel is located in a pleasant residential area, reasonably close to the bus stop. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have heated floors. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is nice. There is also a quiet location and a pleasant view from the windows.

Some information goes missing and they ask for additional information on paper, which seems unnecessary and time-consuming.

The room had a comfortable double bed; the hotel's location was convenient, being close to both the city center and bus stop, and the neighborhood was peaceful.

The rooms here have large windows that let in a lot of natural light, and the location is convenient, within walking distance to the bus stop and Estonia, in a peaceful area.

Particularly good location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. Apart from that, a national research institute was 5 minutes' drive away. The room was perfectly clean and silent with a clean bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.

The receptionists speaking three languages was impressive - it must be tiring to deal with guests all day long. The continental breakfast was delicious, I definitely ate my weight in pastries. And the location was great, only a short 8 km away from everything in Tartu!

Such a shame they didn't have a hand-held shower in the bathroom, how else am I supposed to feel like a rockstar during my morning routine?

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfortable interior of my room at Rakendusliku Kolledzi Hotell. The cleanliness of the facilities and the tasty breakfast provided were definitely highlights of my stay. Additionally, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and the hotel staff spoke both English and Russian, making communication easy. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its warm and cozy atmosphere. I'll recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
